The annual Women Leading Delaware Education Conference brings together over 350 education leaders from across Delaware to share research, practice, and lived experience that strengthen schools and communities. The 2027 conference theme, EdPowered: Learning, Innovating, Thriving, will fuel discussions about what it means for women leaders to keep learning, embrace innovation, and create the conditions for themselves and others to thrive.
