Rachel brings 18 years of experience teaching and leading in elementary and secondary schools. She taught middle and high school math for 8 years in New York City and San Antonio, Texas. Rachel has served as an instructional and operations leader in private, public, and charter schools and was the founding school leader of KIPP Poder Academy in San Antonio, Texas. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from Princeton University, a Master of Science in Secondary Mathematics Education from The City College of New York, and a Master of Educational Leadership from Trinity University.
