Before joining the School Success Center, Nicole was a public school teacher for 18 years. With certifications in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Administrative Leadership, she has taught children at all levels, Pre-K through sixth grade.  She has worked as a gifted and talented instructional coach as well as a children’s library associate with a focus on community outreach. Nicole has provided professional development to new teachers in the areas of classroom management and instruction, and she has also facilitated workshops in identifying gifted learners, executive function and learning, and continuous improvement strategies.
