Amy comes to the PDCE with 26 years of teaching experience. She holds a Maryland state Advanced Professional Certificate with a Master’s of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Amy is certified in both Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Amy believes that even our youngest students can and should be masters of their own learning, and her goal as an instructional coach is to build professional relationships with teachers in the primary grades to foster student achievement in mathematics.
