Educators of Grade 6 through Algebra II Mathematics are invited to participate in a dynamic three-day summer institute designed especially for secondary mathematics teachers in the states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. This collaborative experience will:

• Deepen your understanding of how proportional reasoning and rational numbers develop through a student’s K-12 experience,
• Foster effective teaching strategies through the lens of NCTM’s 8 Mathematical Teaching Practices and
• Enhance student engagement through the lens of the CCSS-M Standards for Mathematical Practice.
